Paper Making & Notebook Binding with Ann (May 18th/19th)
Join visiting artist, Ann Puddicombe of Coal Room Arts, at Moon In June Studio for a two-day paper-making workshop!
Day 1:
On the first day of the workshop, you'll learn how to make stunning one-of-a-kind sheets of paper using recycled paper pulp. Flower petals, pieces of book pages, bits of colourful string, and seeds are some of the inclusions you can choose to play with while creating your paper.
Day 2:
Once your sheets have dried over night, you'll learn how to make them into finished useable pieces. A simple Japanese stab bound journal, a book mark and seeded card. Each of these items will be beautifully unique with a rustic feel.
When: Saturday, May 18th 1-4pm & Sunday, May 19th 1-4pm
